- Lead technical implementation work across data models, document extraction workflows, and custom API integrations to ensure successful go-lives.
- Architect the company's deployment strategy, reducing onboarding time through repeatable internal tooling, AI-assisted workflows, and structured escalation paths.
- Partner directly with the founding team and engineering to translate customer feedback into product specs and roadmap priorities.

- 5+ years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Product management within high-growth software environments.
- Highly technical background with the ability to write code, debug LLM-based systems, and reason through complex data architectures and APIs.
- Proven track record of leading complex customer deployments and managing stakeholder relationships across operational, executive, and engineering levels.
