Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for 8+ concurrent searches, managing everything from proactive sourcing and screening to final offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain multi-channel candidate pipelines across engineering, sales, and operations to ensure critical roles are closed on a weekly cadence.
  • Collaborate with founders to design and implement robust hiring processes, outreach strategies, and employer branding for the London office.
