What you'll do
What you will do
- Lead the development of performant, full-stack features using a modern stack of Next.js, tRPC, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Own the end-to-end technical lifecycle, from PostgreSQL schema design and migrations to scaling Elasticsearch-driven search architectures.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions while occasionally mentoring peers through code reviews and collaborative pairing sessions.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience, with 2-3 years specifically in a Lead, Staff, or Senior-plus position within a SaaS environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in the "T3 stack" or similar (React, Node.js, TypeScript) and deep experience optimizing PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch.
