- Design and deliver technical solutions using APIs, webhooks, and low-code platforms like Make, n8n, and next-gen AI app builders.
- Partner with Sales and CSM teams as a technical consultant to scope custom integrations and demo advanced video engagement use cases.
- Manage and mentor a senior solutions engineer while establishing the playbooks and processes for a growing implementation agency ecosystem.
