What you'll do
What you will do
- Drive the legal execution of fundraising and M&A activities, managing the entire lifecycle from term sheet negotiation to transaction completion.
- Lead international expansion by setting up legal infrastructure and managing employment compliance across nine (and counting) global jurisdictions.
- Partner with GTM teams to negotiate complex customer agreements and provide strategic regulatory advice that balances pace with calculated risk management.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction) with 7-12 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven track record in a high-growth startup environment, demonstrating the ability to move quickly and provide strategic, solution-oriented advice.
