As a People Advisor, you will be the primary contact for employee relations and manager guidance across the UK, US, and France. Reporting to the Global Head of People, you’ll own global probation processes and benefits administration while driving operational excellence and high-performing culture within a fast-paced, international technology environment.

What you'll do

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end employee relations cases including performance management, disciplinary processes, and grievances across multiple countries.
  • Lead the global probation management lifecycle, ensuring managers provide timely feedback and consistent documentation for all new hires.
  • Oversee global benefits administration and HRIS data integrity, serving as the subject matter expert for employee lifecycle queries and reporting.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • 3–5 years of experience in a People Advisor or HR Generalist role with a strong foundation in UK employment law.
  • Proven track record of independently managing complex employee relations cases and coaching mid-level managers through people challenges.
  • Highly organized operator comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling international environment with a data-driven approach to HR systems.
