What you'll do
What you will do
- Lead technical discovery for qualified SWE opportunities, translating research lab needs into scoped datasets, benchmarks, and managed talent deliverables.
- Build high-fidelity prototypes and working agentic scaffolds in Python to prove technical approaches for code-generation and evaluation tasks before contract.
- Manage paid proof-of-concepts (POCs) from kick-off to scale-up, designing success criteria and measurement plans that demonstrate superior model performance gains.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- 5+ years of software or ML engineering experience with deep production-level expertise in code-generation, developer tooling, or agentic systems.
- Proficiency in Python and modern LLM tooling, with the ability to build, grade, and evaluate complex code benchmarks like SWE-bench.
