- Manage and coach Engineering Managers and Lead Engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality delivery.
- Oversee the architectural direction and technical strategy for your domain, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Partner closely with Product and Design leadership to define OKRs and ensure engineering efforts align with strategic business objectives.
