- Drive end-to-end engineering recruitment from initial headhunting and mapping to final closing and offer negotiation.
- Partner directly with the Head of Product and Engineering Leads to define success profiles and elevate the hiring bar.
- Craft high-converting outreach campaigns and employer branding content to position the firm as London's premier destination for top-tier talent.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally with a strong background in a top-tier London agency.
- Deep domain expertise in the TypeScript/JavaScript ecosystem and a proven ability to hire for complex full-stack roles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and experience leveraging AI tools to optimize the recruitment lifecycle.
