What you will do
- Design and build the core AI platform from zero, including an API layer, automated workflow tools, and end-user compliance dashboards.
- Act as a technical advisor during business acquisitions, embedding with on-site teams to identify bottlenecks and migrate legacy data systems.
- Develop and implement AI-powered solutions for complex operational tasks like route-planning, automated pricing, and compliance report generation.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience with proficiency in NextJS, TypeScript, and Java or Python for backend systems.
- Proven track record of building and deploying AI-powered workflow automations and working with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Pragmatic builder who can translate complex business problems into technical solutions and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders in the field.
