About the company
Consultant Connect Ltd
Consultant Connect Ltd is a UK-based telemedicine provider focused on improving patient care across the NHS. Using a combination of a secure mobile app, dial-in numbers and desktop access, the company connects frontline clinicians (such as GPs, paramedics and other healthcare professionals) with hospital specialists for rapid Advice & Guidance prior to referral or admission. Its services are deployed across a large portion of the NHS in England, Scotland and Wales, covering over 40–45 million patients and supporting thousands of GP practices, hospitals, and ambulance services. By enabling clinicians to speak with the right specialist in under a minute in many cases, Consultant Connect aims to reduce unnecessary outpatient referrals, avoidable hospital admissions and waiting times, while improving clinical decision-making and patient outcomes. The company also provides reporting and benchmark data to commissioners, hospitals and mental health trusts to track impact and performance of Enhanced Advice & Guidance services.
