Responsibilities
What you will do
- Develop and scale mission-critical backend services using Rust, gRPC, and Postgres to handle complex aviation data models.
- Build and maintain intuitive user interfaces using Flutter/Dart that empower front-line agents and engineers across web, mobile, and desktop.
- Lead independent projects from concept to release, establishing the architectural patterns and CI/CD pipelines that will scale the company.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience with a systems programming mindset and a passion for performance and memory safety.
- 2+ years of professional Rust development experience, or deep C/C++ expertise with a strong desire to transition into the Rust ecosystem.
- Proven track record of owning features end-to-end in early-stage environments, with proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and gRPC.
