What you will do
- Design, build, and refine conversational AI agents by crafting and testing prompts to optimize performance, tone, and resolution quality for client demos.
- Lead hands-on POC trials using prospect call center data to illustrate Replicant’s value, managing daily check-ins and driving technical validation.
- Translate complex technical integration points and dataflows into clear, persuasive narratives that resonate with both technical architects and VP-level business stakeholders.
Who this is a fit for
- Brings 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering for B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of owning the technical sales process.
- Possesses hands-on experience building with AI, including prompt engineering, LLM applications, or conversational agents, and is proficient with REST APIs and OAuth.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between product engineering and enterprise buyers while thriving in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment.
