Senior/Staff Software Engineer at Joyous.team

You will work directly with the CTO to architect and scale an AI-first platform for personalized mental health care. You'll build intelligent agents and predictive data pipelines that adapt medication dosages daily for over 85,000 patients. • Lead the technical evolution of the core EHR/EMR system and patient portal, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability for a rapidly growing user base.

• Collaborate with AI researchers and clinicians to bridge the gap between complex data science and user-friendly product experiences that drive life-saving health outcomes.

• Possesses 6-10+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with deep proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js for building scalable, consumer-facing products.
• Demonstrates a high learning velocity and genuine enthusiasm for AI, including experience building with LLMs and using AI coding tools to accelerate development cycles.
