- Lead the framing, execution, and rollout of high-impact technical initiatives that cut across multiple cross-functional engineering squads.
- Partner with leadership to define pragmatic technical directions and sequence complex work for scalable, long-term architectural health.
- Mentor and raise the effectiveness of the entire engineering organization through hands-on problem solving and clear technical communication.
