What you'll do

  • Lead the framing, execution, and rollout of high-impact technical initiatives that cut across multiple cross-functional engineering squads.
  • Partner with leadership to define pragmatic technical directions and sequence complex work for scalable, long-term architectural health.
  • Mentor and raise the effectiveness of the entire engineering organization through hands-on problem solving and clear technical communication.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • Deep expertise in production backend systems using Python, FastAPI, Node.js, and complex data modeling in Postgres or MongoDB.
  • Proven track record of operating across the full stack (React/TypeScript) and shipping end-to-end features in constrained startup environments.
