What you will do
- Architect and scale healthcare-grade systems designed to manage millions of concurrent calls with low latency and high reliability.
- Establish the foundational engineering culture at Vocca, defining best practices for system design, code quality, and technical documentation.
- Mentor senior engineers and lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure the platform remains secure, compliant, and performant as the user base grows.
