What you will do
- Architect the core platform structure and define engineering standards for high-reliability services in Laravel/PHP and Python-based AI pipelines.
- Own the data architecture and DevOps infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security for enterprise-scale workloads across MongoDB and SQL environments.
- Lead and mentor the engineering team, driving the hiring process and technical roadmap in direct partnership with the founding CPO.

- Has 10+ years of experience in platform or SaaS architecture with deep expertise in PHP/Laravel and production-scale DevOps environments.
- Possesses direct experience building complex retail or marketplace systems, including large-scale catalogs, inventory management, and multi-country integrations.
