What you will do

Research and develop novel speech model architectures, moving beyond simple fine-tuning to build proprietary ASR and TTS solutions for underserved markets.
Design and manage high-scale inference pipelines on Kubernetes and AWS, ensuring mission-critical reliability and sub-500ms latency for global voice applications.
Work directly with the founding team to ship new features into production weekly, impacting real-world users immediately after model training.

Who this is a fit for

Has 4+ years of experience shipping production-grade ML models, with specific depth in speech, audio, or low-latency inference systems.
Possesses strong MLOps skills, including hands-on experience deploying to Kubernetes on AWS and maintaining high-availability production environments.
Holds an advanced degree from a top CS/ML program and thrives in a scrappy, in-person London environment where they own technical outcomes end-to-end.
