- Manage a cross-functional squad of 4-8 product engineers, providing career mentorship and driving a high-performance culture through objective performance evaluation.
- Stay hands-on in the code, contributing to strategic features using Python, Django, and React while leading by example on quality and pace.
- Partner with Product and Design to shape technical roadmaps, navigating complex B2B SaaS architecture and making smart trade-offs on scope and delivery.
