Responsibilities
What you will do
- Cultivate deep, trusting relationships with C-suite executives at enterprise-level accounts, serving as their primary strategic point of contact.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that align with client growth goals.
- Lead complex contract renewals and negotiations to secure mutually beneficial, long-term agreements while monitoring key account health metrics.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- Proven experience managing and growing high-value accounts within the SaaS or enterprise software space, specifically targeting the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building influence and rapport with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
