Executive Assistant to CEO at Tiara Health

You will serve as the CEO's right hand during a period of rapid expansion in the longevity and preventative medicine space. This high-impact role involves managing complex diary schedules, coordinating with clinical teams, and facilitating investor relations. You will be trusted with high-stakes coordination that directly shapes the company's trajectory.

• Manage the CEO's complex diary across multiple time zones, ensuring effective prioritization and scheduling for high-stakes meetings.
• Act as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and high-net-worth clients.
• Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel itineraries while managing inbox triage and drafting critical briefing documents and presentations.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an EA or Chief of Staff supporting C-suite executives, preferably within a fast-paced startup or scaleup.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and anticipate executive needs before they are voiced.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and modern project management tools with a background or interest in healthcare or luxury hospitality.
