- Design and scale the internal operating systems for finance, HR, compliance, and vendor management to unify law firm and tech operations.
- Direct cross-functional strategic projects including client onboarding workflows, billing processes, and financial modeling for new practice areas.
- Support fundraising and investor relations by managing narrative data rooms, financial reporting, and KPI dashboards in partnership with the CEO.
