What you will do

  • Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving FP&A processes, re-forecasting, and identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure the business is "Series B ready" by improving cross-functional finance processes and managing complex administration like EMI schemes.

Who this is a fit for

  • Proven finance leadership experience within a venture-backed startup or marketplace environment, familiar with SaaS and unit economic metrics.

  • Join a high-growth scale-up that has raised over £25m from tier-1 investors like Accel and General Catalyst, providing exposure to elite venture operations.
  • Influence both high-level strategy and operational excellence while working directly with the Co-Founder/CEO in a mission-driven, hybrid London environment.
