What you will do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team of three, overseeing month-end close, statutory filings, and audit preparation.
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving FP&A processes, re-forecasting, and identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
- Ensure the business is "Series B ready" by improving cross-functional finance processes and managing complex administration like EMI schemes.
