What you will do
- Source high-quality investment opportunities and build strategic relationships to drive deal flow across North America and Europe.
- Conduct rigorous financial, operational, and legal due diligence, preparing detailed investment memoranda for equity, debt, and complex capital instruments.
- Partner with the membership base to produce high-quality content that fuels investor engagement and expands the firm’s institutional and individual client reach.
