We started Alaro in April 2025 and raised a $2M pre-seed followed by a $7M seed led by a tier-1 US VC. Our product is used daily by our own lawyers on real matters, creating a tight feedback loop between product and practice. What you will do
- Design and execute client operations systems, including intake, scoping, and knowledge capture playbooks to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Partner with engineering to translate legal pain points into AI product requirements and roll out automated workflows.
- Drive company growth by supporting founder-led sales, managing strategic partnerships, and building the internal recruiting engine.
