You will act as the right hand to the CEO, driving growth from early traction to market dominance. This high-agency role spans sales, customer success, fundraising, and operations. You will directly impact healthcare infrastructure by deploying AI that replaces manual regulatory searching with instant, traceable answers for frontline NHS staff.

• Manage end-to-end sales and customer success cycles, engaging directly with NHS Trust leadership and estates teams to drive platform adoption.
• Spearhead strategic operations and fundraising preparation, working alongside the CEO to scale the company's internal infrastructure and external partnerships.
• Visit NHS sites and attend industry conferences to gather frontline insights, ensuring the product continues to solve critical regulatory compliance challenges.

• 3-5 years of experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups, preferably in Chief of Staff, BizOps, or operational leadership roles with a bias toward action.
• Exceptional resourcefulness and comfort with the 'chaos' of an early-stage startup, demonstrating the ability to build processes from scratch without a manual.
• Strong communication skills and professional presence, capable of building trust with public sector stakeholders and navigating complex healthcare or built environment regulations.
