What you will do
- Identify operational bottlenecks and build end-to-end solutions, systematically automating manual GTM and onboarding processes using modern AI and automation tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile customers post-onboarding, ensuring maximum platform value and troubleshooting complex integration issues.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and engineering team to translate customer friction points into actionable product features and improvements.
