What you will do

  • Lead and execute high-priority strategic projects and partnerships on behalf of the CEO to drive cross-functional business momentum.
  • Manage complex executive operations, including the project board, data analysis for decision support, and the CEO's external personal brand.
  • Optimize the CEO's time through high-judgment calendar management, inbox prioritization, and seamless end-to-end logistics for global operations.

Who this is a fit for

  • 5 to 8 years of experience supporting C-suite leaders or Founders within a high-growth tech startup or scale-up environment.
  • Data-literate professional with a proven track record of using AI tools and automation to bring structure to chaotic, fast-moving environments.
  • High-ownership executor who is comfortable being direct, protecting priorities, and pushing back to ensure the leadership team remains focused.
