What you will do
- Lead technical discovery by interviewing operators to map complex workflows and identify high-value automation opportunities within their existing tech stacks.
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions involving LLM tool-calling, RAG, and multi-provider model orchestration while ensuring strict data isolation.
- Partner with Sales to secure the technical win, presenting live data-grounded demos to both technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.
Who this is a fit for
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Forward-Deployed Engineering, specifically handling enterprise-grade deals.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with scripting languages, CLI, and APIs, allowing you to prototype integrations and read/write code effectively.
- Proven experience navigating complex security, compliance, and governance reviews for regulated industries like fintech, healthcare, or insurance.
