Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Design and execute the initial go-to-market strategy, identifying high-value customer segments and building the sales pipeline from scratch.
  • Lead the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and technical discovery to closing complex deals with CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
  • Partner with the founding team to refine product-market fit based on customer feedback and help build the foundation for a future sales team.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • At least 4 years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales, ideally as an early employee at a high-growth developer tools or AI startup.
  • Technical fluency and the ability to hold credible, deep-dive conversations about APIs, cloud infrastructure, and model deployment with engineering buyers.
  • A proven builder mindset with a track record of taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and scaling revenue in a dynamic, early-stage environment.
