What you will do
- Design and ship the hybrid search and retrieval layer, ensuring it is semantically powerful, permissions-correct, and robust against adversarial failure modes.
- Build systems that extract structured signals from noisy enterprise activity to model and automate repeatable workflows across tools like CRM, chat, and email.
- Act as a public technical leader for the company, representing the platform's AI vision to C-suite customers, investors, and the broader research community.
