Founding Engineer at VizCo

As the founding engineer at VizCo, you will architect the essential governance layer enabling regulated enterprises to adopt LLMs safely. You’ll build SecureMCP, a critical security interface enforcing PII redaction and access control across Microsoft and Google ecosystems, directly impacting how the world’s most sensitive organizations integrate cutting-edge AI technology.

• Build and maintain deep integrations with Microsoft Graph, Azure, Google Workspace, and GKE to manage organizational data permissions.
• Develop and scale containerized backend services and a macOS desktop client to intercept and secure LLM prompts in real-time.
• Collaborate directly with the founders to define product architecture, ship beta features for early customers, and lead technical strategy.

• Proven full-stack generalist with production experience building within the Microsoft and Google Cloud ecosystems at a high-growth startup.
• Highly proficient in building secure, scalable backend services, with the ability to quickly master Swift for desktop client development.
• Thrives in early-stage ambiguity and possesses the product-minded engineering focus required to ship features that satisfy regulated industry requirements.
