Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex GTM initiatives, including new product launches and entry into new commercial sectors or geographic territories.
  • Act as the single point of ownership across Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to ensure cross-functional alignment and high-quality execution.
  • Translate ambiguous strategic objectives into detailed execution plans with clear milestones, success metrics, and proactive risk mitigation strategies.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 3-5 years of experience in GTM, commercial strategy, or management consulting with a proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects end-to-end.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and diverse functional teams without direct authority.
  • Highly structured and analytical mindset, ideally developed within a management consulting environment or a fast-paced B2B SaaS technology company.
