Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Design and execute growth experiments across viral content, community programs, and outbound sequences to drive predictable pipeline.
  • Craft compelling positioning and sales collateral that resonates with RevOps and sales leadership personas.
  • Stand up the company’s entire marketing stack, including attribution, automation, and sales-enablement workflows from scratch.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 1-4 years of hands-on B2B SaaS growth or demand generation experience, ideally at the Seed or Series A stage.
  • Proven track record of creating high-engagement content for platforms like LinkedIn, X, and Reddit to drive B2B acquisition.
  • High-agency operator comfortable with ambiguity, rapid prototyping, and working in an intense, collaborative in-person environment.
