Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Define and execute the global GTM strategy across segments, markets, and channel-friendly routes-to-market to ensure repeatable and scalable success.
  • Scale the sales organization from 10-15 reps to 50+, leveraging your network to recruit, coach, and retain elite-level security sales talent.
  • Drive strategic value-selling to C-suite buyers at 1,000+ person organizations, increasing average deal sizes from $50K to over $250K.
