Head of Finance at LENKIE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED

As Head of Finance, you will build and lead financial operations for a fast-scaling lending business. You will oversee financial reporting for a loan book that grew 5x last year, lead capital markets initiatives, and provide strategic insights to the executive team during a period of rapid international growth.

• Design and implement foundational finance systems, accounting policies, and reporting frameworks to ensure UK regulatory compliance.
• Lead financial strategy by developing advanced models, budgets, and forecasts to optimize cash flow and liquidity planning.
• Support leadership on capital markets initiatives, managing relationships with debt providers and leading external audit processes.

• Must hold a formal accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 7 years of total finance experience.
• Requires a minimum of 2 years experience specifically within the finance function of a lending business with strong capital markets knowledge.
• Highly analytical professional with advanced financial modeling skills and the ability to communicate complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
