Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle for UK and India teams, including onboarding, performance management, compliance, and local employment law advisory.
  • Design and deliver engaging global L&D programs, career pathways, and e-learning content to bridge skill gaps and drive internal mobility.
  • Act as a cultural change agent during M&A activity, facilitating integration roadmaps and aligning teams under a shared company identity.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a Manager-level generalist role covering UK and Indian employment legislation.
  • Proven track record of building and delivering global L&D strategies and training programs from scratch in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong cross-cultural awareness and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across different time zones.
