Responsibilities
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end engineering decisions across the Kotlin backend, native mobile apps, and AWS serverless architecture to ensure scalability.
- Partner directly with the founding team to translate product vision into technical reality, shaping the roadmap rather than just executing it.
- Define and raise engineering standards, establishing code quality processes and mentoring the team as the organization grows.
