Lead Frontend Engineer at Symbolica AI

As the founding Lead Frontend Engineer, you will bridge the gap between deep mathematical research and real-world application. You will own the entire developer-facing experience for a state-of-the-art agentic framework, building the sophisticated interfaces that allow users to discover, build, and scale complex multi-agent systems with precision and reliability.

• Design and implement polished, responsive UI and interactive experiences that translate complex agentic systems into intuitive user flows.
• Lead the frontend architecture and vision for the company’s flagship developer product, ensuring seamless end-to-end integration across the stack.
• Create and maintain a robust design system and reusable component library that balances high-performance engineering with visual excellence.

• Expert in TypeScript and React with a proven track record of building scalable, data-intensive web applications using RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Exceptional design sense with the ability to translate abstract technical concepts into beautiful, accessible, and highly functional user interfaces.
• High-velocity prototyper who is equally comfortable shipping production-ready code and advocating for developer experience at industry workshops and events.

• Sit at the intersection of deep research and productization, working with a team that set a new public SOTA (85.28%) on ARC-AGI-2.
