- Produce high-volume ad creative—including hooks, scripts, and video cuts—primarily utilizing raw teacher UGC and community-sourced material for paid social channels.
- Write lifecycle and trigger email copy alongside a weekly teacher newsletter designed to provide genuine value and maintain high audience open rates.
- Build and manage a roster of teacher-creators, providing creative briefs and transforming their raw footage into polished, ad-ready performance marketing assets.
