Join a high-growth AI startup as the first Demand Gen hire to build our marketing engine from scratch. You will define the strategy, execute multi-channel experiments, and turn successful tactics into a repeatable pipeline. Working directly with founders, you’ll own the entire top-of-funnel process to drive growth for our enterprise AI automation platform.

  • Design and execute full-funnel lead generation campaigns across paid and organic channels to build a consistent pipeline.
  • Develop and manage nurture programs and automation workflows to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Analyze performance data and conduct rapid experiments to identify and scale the most effective growth levers.
