You will lead growth experiments across the full B2C and B2B funnels, transforming early product-market fit into global scale. Working alongside a world-class founding team, you will have the autonomy to design and execute multi-channel strategies across acquisition, conversion, and retention for a groundbreaking platform disrupting the recruitment industry.

What you will do

  • Design and scale a mix of paid and organic acquisition channels including SEO, content, and partnerships.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments to improve site performance and lifecycle marketing journeys.
  • Build and maintain clean attribution models and data dashboards to prioritize high-impact growth experiments.

Who this is a fit for

  • 5+ years of experience growing B2C or B2B self-serve startups, ideally as a founder or early employee.
  • A channel-agnostic, data-driven mindset with the ability to wireframe, write copy, and launch campaigns fast.
  • High-agency problem solver comfortable working in a high-speed, 5-day-a-week in-office collaborative environment.
