What you will do
- Oversee and optimize Meta and Google paid acquisition while developing robust testing frameworks for hooks, messaging, and UGC.
- Own website conversion performance by improving PDPs, landing pages, and mobile UX to increase AOV and contribution margin.
- Build and lead a structured growth roadmap and weekly reporting cadence, translating complex cohort analytics into actionable scaling decisions.
