Working directly with the Head of Growth, you will design outbound strategies, conduct founder interviews, and iterate on messaging to scale our network of 8,000+ founders. What you will do

  • Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and Lemlist to attract high-quality early-stage startups.
  • Conduct qualification calls and interviews with founders to understand their fundraising pain points and communicate Syrena’s value proposition.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to continuously iterate on outreach frameworks and develop the company’s internal growth playbook.

Who this is a fit for

  • Has at least 3 years of hands-on experience in outbound sales, managing pipelines, and converting prospects without relying on templates.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of the startup and venture capital ecosystem, with the ability to speak the language of CEOs and investors.
  • Demonstrates a strong bias toward action and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, hybrid London environment.
