Role overview

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale a proven demand generation engine already producing seven-figure quarterly revenue. You will manage existing outbound channels, experiment with new acquisition strategies, and build repeatable systems that reduce founder dependency. This is a high-impact, player-coach role with the potential to become Head of Growth.

  • Deliver 50+ qualified founder calls monthly by managing and optimizing existing outbound and nomination-based funnels.
  • Design and execute rapid experiments across new marketing channels to diversify the pipeline and unlock future growth levers.
  • Act as a player-coach, managing operational staff while personally executing high-level strategy and copywriting for the founder market.

  • 3–8 years of experience in demand generation or growth roles within a high-growth startup environment.
  • Hands-on executor with a track record of building systems and playbooks rather than just running isolated campaigns.
