Role overview

As the first in-house Growth Lead, you will transition the brand from agency reliance to a data-driven engine. You'll own the full funnel, scaling a mission-driven cabin network from 50 to 100+ locations. This is a hands-on builder role reporting to the co-founder, focusing on paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and CRO.

Unplugged provides digital detox experiences through off-grid cabin stays designed to help busy workers and urban dwellers unplug from devices and recharge in nature. Founded by Hector and Ben in 2019, Unplugged operates a growing roster of over a dozen cabins, typically located within a two-hour drive from major UK cities including London, Bristol, and Manchester. Their service aims to address issues of burnout and digital overstimulation.

What you will do

  • Transition growth activities from agencies to a high-performing in-house system across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
  • Design and execute data-driven experiments to optimize website conversion rates and build repeatable attribution models for multi-channel journeys.
  • Collaborate directly with the co-founder to identify non-traditional growth levers, including product-led growth and AI-driven marketing efficiencies.
