Growth Marketer/Growth Engineer at Slingshot AI

As the first dedicated growth hire, you will own the full-funnel expansion of a consumer AI companion with over 50,000 active users. Reporting to a founder who scaled a previous venture to $500M, you will execute end-to-end experiments across SEO, GEO, ASO, and referral programs to drive subscription growth.

• Design and execute full-scale growth experiments across SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and App Store Optimization (ASO).
• Build and iterate on referral programs and unconventional viral loops to increase organic user acquisition for the consumer subscription app.
• Analyze product metrics to identify high-leverage growth channels and move from initial hypotheses to shipped, scalable experiments rapidly.

• Proven track record of hands-on growth work, specifically building acquisition channels and moving core business metrics for consumer products.
• Strong technical or creative problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge the gap between marketing strategy and engineering execution.
• A high-agency "builder" mindset that thrives in ambiguous, early-stage environments without the need for established playbooks or heavy hierarchy.
