What you will do
- Own senior client relationships with CMOs and Heads of Growth, serving as a strategic partner for account expansion and retention.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 5-6 Campaign Managers to ensure exceptional execution and quality across all programs.
- Oversee $2M+ in monthly creator ad spend, translating complex campaign data into executive-level performance narratives and ROI insights.
Who this is a fit for
- Has 6–10+ years of experience in marketing or client success, ideally with a background in agency leadership or in-house growth roles.
- Possesses deep expertise in creator/influencer marketing with a track record of managing seven-figure monthly budgets and complex stakeholders.
