This Head of Growth will fully own performance, acquisition, and retention for a rapidly scaling D2C brand. You'll drive efficient growth, build a high-performance team, and collaborate directly with the Founder to scale aggressively. This role offers the autonomy of a founder, blending creative strategy with data-driven execution to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

  • Own the entire customer acquisition engine across paid social, search, affiliates, and new growth channels.
  • Develop and execute retention and lifecycle strategies to increase LTV and reduce churn.
  • Manage growth budgets, P&L responsibility, and build high-performance marketing teams.

  • Proven track record of scaling paid social to £500K+/mo while maintaining profitable CAC.
