Healthera is seeking a Head of Growth to own end-to-end patient growth, driving acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue per user. What you will do

  • Own end-to-end patient growth, encompassing acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue per user.
  • Drive SEO (content + technical), manage paid strategy, and activate pharmacy co-marketing partnerships.
  • Build and execute comprehensive CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies across email, push, and SMS.

Who this is a fit for

  • Possesses 5–8 years of experience in consumer growth at tech, marketplace, or digital health companies.
  • Is a hands-on executor with deep experience in funnel mapping, conversion optimization (web & mobile), and analytics tools (SQL).
  • Has a proven ability to build effective CRM and retention programmes, comfortable collaborating with product and engineering teams.
